overall great experience. The estimator came out and walked us through what his recommendations were and their price was reasonable. The crew came out a few days later and the tree looks great. They did a great job cleaning up as well. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent service provided by Jeremy, Clayton, and their tree removal team. We had a massive Monterey Pine tree that towered over our fence, into our neighbor's yard. A team of 6 came out promptly at 8am and went to work. The staff were all professional, careful, and highly skilled. The team was careful to direct branches and logs away from our fence and backyard plants/bbq/etc. The team took their time to clean up any of the mess made from the tree removal before leaving. There was no trash left behind, just overall impressed by their professionalism. I would consider them for future tree removal services and referrals.

Neighbor's large flowering pear tree fell onto my house and deck during the big Oct 24 rain storm. Called Clayton the following Friday morning after insurance was done with their inspection. Clayton showed up within minutes and gave me an estimate. His crew arrived 30 minutes later, 7 strong. Tree was gone before lunch. Clayton was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule because his crew worked so fast on their previous appointment and their next appointment wasn't answering the phone. Snooze you lose. These folks are great.  What a family business this is.  They picked up the phone immediately and  each call  I spoke with a live person.  They came to my home on time, every time, and did exactly what we had agreed upon.  I can tell that the experience that they have on staff really makes a difference, as each tree was cut or pruned with care and safety in mind.. especially safety of my home too!  They were in and out in record time due to the large crew that showed up.
